A brief note to thank all of our friends in the BYU 34th ward who contributed to a resplendent package of goodies and Provonian mementos we received earlier this week and ceremoniously opened Wednesday. Lia and I were moved to tears by the kindness and thoughtfulness of our distant friends. Special thanks to Shawn and Kate Ballard for organizing this tremendous gesture. We love you all and will do our best to fill the great northeast with the spirit of the real 'Y' in an effort to secure a BYU victory against Boston College tomorrow. Thanks friends.
