A highlight of the new year was hosting Nin and Opa at our house while they did Home MTC in preparation for their mission to Guadalajara, Mexico.

Gwyn broke her thumb and had to wear a cast for a while. We'll spare the details of this particular misadventure.

Abdiel and Gwyn played on the same rec league basketball team. They were very cute together and very fun to watch.

Gabriel celebrated his second birthday in style, concluding (based on ample evidence) that he is indeed the center of the universe.

One gets the impression that Lia likes this little guy . . .

We inherited this beautiful granite table from Nin and Opa--or at least we agreed to hold it in safe keeping during their mission. It took at least ten strong men to carry it into our house and put it in place. Thank heaven for the brethren of one's elders quorum!
