Utilizing Prefixes

This morning Julia and Eli were playing together in their room. Eli did something to make Julia mad but later repented and accosted her big sister with an offer of a conciliatory hug. "NO!" cried Julia as she repulsed the offer. "I do not forgive you. I DIS-forgive you." She then explained to Lia, "Mommy, I do not forgive Eli. I DIS-forgive her." Lia, who was perusing her house plan catalog and therefore not listening, muttered, "Oh, thank you, Julia." Justin had to explain that while gratitude is generally admirable it was not in this instance quite in the spirit of the sixty-fourth section of the Doctrine and Covenants.
