April was a super fun month! Here were some of the highlights: First off, Elisabeth turned 15!!! For any of you who were wondering, yes, Elisabeth did indeed get contacts for her birthday! She loves them, and just this morning was commenting on how amazing it was to open the dishwasher and not have her eyes get fogged up. :) She also requested a chocolate mousse cake for her birthday treat. Gwyn certainly is this girl's 'Princess Protege'. She requested an overly-decadent chocolate cake for her birthday, too.

To celebrate Elisabeth's birthday and Spring Break, we headed down to St. George. There were many fun activities there: a lovely horseback ride through Snow Canyon, a game of tennis and then returning home to find Katharine and Nin had cooked up a shortbread fruit pizza and Chess Pie, Gabriel turning three months old, in addition to a fun Easter Egg hunt for the younger kids just before a trip to the lake.
We took a picture, feeling like true Americans, when we stayed up late watching the Baylor vs. Gonzaga game.

Gwyndelin and Katharine have both been working hard at their dance classes all year, and just came home with their costumes. Gwyn was just so cute, Katharine couldn't resist taking a few pictures.

Julia, Elisabeth, and Katharine all moved into the same bedroom! Justin and Katharine assembled all of the pretty white Ikea furniture, while Julia went to.....

PROM!!! That's right, Julia is old enough to go on dates and to dances!!! She had a super fun time, and looked so pretty with her hair done by a girl in the ward!
So, all in all, April was a very fun month for everyone in the family!!!
