This week was awesome because 1) we went to the school carnival and Belle and Ariel were there; 2) we went to the school carnival and there was Jedi Training; 3) we went to the school carnival and saw Abdiel's favorite Kindergarten classmate, Kaden. (Abdiel, with no judgment at all: "Kaden has a sheriff star. It says Sheriff Wayne on it, but Kaden can't read, so he thinks it says Police Department.")
Other reasons this week was awesome: 1) we rented our house to an awesome family for the six months that we're in Italy; 2) Julia and Elisabeth loved rehearsals; 3) Katharine began helping out in Abdiel's classroom for the last thirty minutes of the day.
More reasons this week was awesome: 1) we got to meet Aurora; 2) I got to hang out with my friend Saturday morning; 3) my kids are the cutest humans ever.
Reasons this week will not rank among my favorite: 1) I had to take all six kids to the school carnival by myself as my date night; 2) I had to take all six kids to an audition for something cool in Salt Lake all by myself Saturday morning. Auditions can only go up from here; 3) Justin's scout trip returned him to us at 2 am on Sunday instead of 8 pm on Saturday.
