Julia and Eli were swapping Brave fruit snacks.
"I'll trade you a triplet for a Merida," Julia offered. When Eli demurred, Julia upped the ante. "I'll trade you two triplets for a Meridah," she said.
"No," Eli answered. "One triplet for one Merida."
Julia was incredulous. "But I'll give you two."
Eli was firm. "No, just one."
Here Katharine entered the conversation. "That's right," she confirmed. "An eye for an eye, and a cheek for a cheek."
